Anonymous Reporting Form ​

​Students, parents and any member of the HRCHS community can anonymously report bullying/mean behavior by completing this form. Reports will be automatically forwarded to the HRCHS safe school climate coordinator and administration. Please be aware that reports are only monitored during normal school hours. If your report warrants immediate action, please call 911 or the nonemergency phone number for the New Haven Police Department at (203)946-6316 to make a report per state law. HRCHS will fully investigate all reports, anonymous or otherwise, and will notify parents of both the target and the aggressor, as required by law. However, no disciplinary action will be taken against an alleged aggressor solely on the basis of an anonymous report.
